Return of Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Please note that SPEEDY ACCESSORIES will only accept returns under the circumstances of faulty or incorrect goods. You must notify us within 24 hours of any items incorrectly sent to you, and return such goods within 7 days of delivery. You will always have the choice of an exchange or refund.

All goods come with a 90 day warranty from purchase date. If there is a fault with your product we will normally offer a prompt exchange or credit.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the faulty product must be in original packaging, and free of faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Also, incomplete products sent back will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

You need to request a ‘Returns Authorisation (RA) Number’ by filling in the returns form in full, and send it to your Sales Account Manager. This must be done prior to returning the products. We will then issue you with a RA number which must be written on the box.

All returns will be tested by our technicians and if they are working, will be returned back to you.

Any returns sent back without a RA number on the box and an accompanying RA form will not be accepted.

The RA number is only valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
